· Designing of Low Voltage Cubicle gears, Selection of Protection Equipments as per IS/IEC/ Customer/Consultant specifications.
· Preparation of drawings such as Single Line Drawings, Schemes, General Arrangement & Foundation Drawings, Bill of Material, etc., during Tender and Design stages.
· Preparation and submission of Technical & Commercial offers for various customers & consultants, tenders /enquiries for PCCs, MCCs, Drawout MCCs, Intelligent MCCs, and PLC based control panels, LVDBs for Pocket substations, Feeder pillars for ADDC tenders, Automatic Power factor correction panels including Harmonic Reactors & AMF Panels.
· Study and Preparation of Short circuit (Fault level) discrimination studies on LV network from Transformer to Level of Distribution Boards & switchgear co-ordination study by using Software.
· Attending Techno-Commercial discussions with clients / Consultants & follow up for drawings approval to clear the jobs to shop floor.
· Sound knowledge in the regulations of DEWA / FEWA-Dubai, ADWEA / ADDC, Abu Dhabi, MEW-Oman, KAHRAMAA-Qatar, JEPCO- Jordan. regulations.
· Good Knowledge over Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO/SHELL D.E.P) standards including for IMCC.
· Responsible for Tendering, Estimation and Designing the products not only in OMAN but also in the AGCC countries like UAE, QATAR & JORDAN.
· Instrumental in successfully winning the Major Project Tenders.
· Coordinated for getting ISO 9001-2000 and successful.
· Good knowledge over various European manufacturers contacts, details and Good negotiation skills.
· Sound knowledge in IEC/BS standards for all the Switchgear related Standards & ABB, Siemens, Cutler-Hammer LV Switchgear Products.
