* Responsible for providing technical solutions to wide range of Peripheral products includes printers &
Desktop Hardware.
* Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various Windows platforms like Windows 8 & 7, XP,
etc
Maintenance of Pcs and other Hardwares in respective Sections and Divisions of LPSC/ISRO which
includes hardware configuration for various Operating systems, Installation of Softwares via server
and standalone Pcs
* Installation and updating Application softwares, Antivirus.
* Maintenance of Internet connection (configured IP address, monitoring network nodes, preparation of
network patch codes etc) and Hardware Maintenance.
* Switch & Modem configuration.
* Convene Inter - Centre meeting via Video conferencing using MPLS and ISDN services and
telecasting the speeches and functions through intranet.
* Installation of software in various disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics and
maintenance of the same.
* Intended to solve the customer related hardware and software related issues through there direct
support & Solution teams to solve the customer Technical queries on site.
