 Boost working environment in the department and inspire desire of self motivation.
 Conduct weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings in various forums of Leadership team, Top management and Global management teams for project and process review / approvals. Clear communication of project status in regular periodic meetings.
 Setting-up of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the engineers and project team managers. Review them periodically and conduct performance appraisal.
 Take necessary actions to improve projects efficiency and effectiveness by pro-active monitoring and management of Project deliverables.
