 Plan, monitor and ensure timely execution of projects for development of various aggregates for Vehicle Integration.
 Responsible for implementing Project Management Systems through Global Development Process (GDP) in Volvo India organization.

 Responsible for all Business and Technical execution of assigned Projects / Programs from Business opportunity phase till Industrialization and end phase.
 Delegation of authority and responsibility to the Project team members to achieve desired quality of delivery of the projects to meet organizational goals and objectives.
 Preparation of Business models, Capacity & Resource planning and provide resources to the team members for the up-gradation of technical skills and timely execution of projects with modern technological requirements.
 Ensure that planned job rotation, coaching & guidance is provided to the engineers in the group for the multi-skilling and up-gradation.
 Boost working environment in the department and inspire desire of self motivation.
 Conduct weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings in various forums of Leadership team, Top management and Global management teams for project and process review / approvals. Clear communication of project status in regular periodic meetings.
 Setting-up of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the engineers and project team managers. Review them periodically and conduct performance appraisal.
 Take necessary actions to improve projects efficiency and effectiveness by pro-active monitoring and management of Project deliverables.
 Facilitate co-ordination of cross functional priorities. Conduct Risk mitigation and Lessons learnt activities.
 Overall financial responsibility for projects and Field testing co-ordination.
