MOM firetechnical drawings, fire-escape/evacuation maps. This includes all buildings that belongs to the Municipality (Kindergartens, School premises, Institutional premises, Commercial activity centers, Municipality managed houses, Sports buildings and sports facilities and Cultural buildings)
We use a program called Dalux as the dedicated MOM system software that allows all types of documents for the owned buildings to be applied, dowloaded, maintained, uploaded, verified or updated
Technical draftsman (AutoCAD)
MOM technical drawer/draftsman. Many MOM system programs cannot read the layers and
polygons in the DWG files, so the biggest part of my job here is to simplify the drawings and
upload them for the MOM users. Buildings include Kindergartens, School premises, Institutional
premises, Commercial activity centers, Municipality managed houses, Sports buildings and
sports facilities and Cultural buildings.
This municipality uses Plania as the dedicated MOM system software. Plania is more case
sensitive than Dalux, which makes it more accurate and requires more integration to DWG plans.
Drawing coordinations in terms of BIM as well.
In addition all fire-escape/evacuation plans must be documented and maintained for the users of
MOM system software Plania

All courses were performed in english - 142 hours - Internship in Al Murshed Consultancy - AutoCAD (sections, facades, plans) - ETABS design, Seismic design, wind design, dead and live load - Graduation project in concrete design against sulfates and acidic soils - Hydraulics and Mechanics - HVAC courses - Water waste and water sewage treatment I had difficult times traveling between my town and the University campus which is 350 km away from my hometown but in the end it was hard work worth it :D
