• Perform repair and maintenance of die heads, in-
charge in mold preparation, polishing, and
chroming.
• Production line fixture assembly and preparation,
changing of vacuum rubber, socketing, clamp, and
mandrel.
• Assemble, repair, modification and maintenance of
tool and dies used for cutting and punching up-set
and down-sets for lead frame.
• Attend to production breakdown, do on-site
troubleshooting, and helps in monitoring the
smooth flow of production.
• Operate a variety machinery for the production of
metal gas pipes, in-charge in process change
attachment depending on pipe dimensions.
• Fabricate and repair of machine parts needed in
production based on drawing specification using
milling, grinding, drilling, and lathe machine.
• Stamping and molding die repair and maintenance.
• Stamping and molding machine maintenance and
operation.
