Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with HR leaders and business management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall organizational objectives.
Employee Relations
Act as a primary point of contact for employee relation issues, providing guidance and resolutions in compliance with organizational policies, procedures and applicable local and international labor laws.
Performance and Goals Management
Oversee and support the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
Organizational Development
Identify opportunities for organizational development and design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork and productivity.
Compliance and Policies
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. Provide guidance on HR-related legal matters.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate and support business leaders in the manpower planning, job analysis, and ensuring acquiring the needed manpower of the business.
People Management
Provide mentorship to HR Officers & Coordinators in being an effective strategic collaborator to internal customers and key stakeholders. Maximizes coaching opportunities on matters related to work deliverables, attitude towards work and behavior while at work.
Talent Management
Co-creates the implementation strategies for Talent Management with the Talent Manager, Business Leaders, and HR Leaders which includes but not limited to performance management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and other ad-hoc programs in consideration of business and client requirements.
Human Resources Management
-Oversee all aspects of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and employee relations, HRIS.
-Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
-Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promoted employee engagement, diversity and professional growth.
