Applying sponsorship change in ADLSA. Monitor the sponsorship change process and support for speedy process.
Analyze the budgeted salary for each project and design the compensation and benefit plan.
Ensure that salary adjustments should not exceed the allocated budget.
Ensure the new joiners’ salary scale compliance with company`s Grading system.
Onboarding and induction of employees. After the completion of the joining process, introduce to the related department head or site in charge.
Ensure the receival of valid NOC, Qatar PCC, attested education certificate for PCC.
Verify the UPDA certificate of Engineers. Issue the NOC for UPDA examination.
Send the joining notification email to administration, IT, Transport, accommodation, site and department.
Preparation of demand letter and obtaining necessary approval from authorized signature as per CR, Embassy, and sourcing countries. (India, Nepal and Sri Lanka).
Attend the meeting with client and site in charge for recruitment plan. And discussing expectations.
Prepare and provide the reports to management as well as clients. (Excel Metrics and dashboard).
Adjust the recruitment plan or manpower requirement according to management decision.
