In my previous company, as a pizza expert is to give great quality of product, make the customer satisfied and happy and make sure they will come back and maintain cleanliness to the product, area and proper hygiene. And after a year I got promoted as a Training Ace (I passed the exam for Supervisor also) and my responsibility is to maintain the quality of all of the product, Maintain the work standard of all team member inside the store and also training my team member including my Supervisor. I start with zero knowledge and all of that I take as a challenge and I'm very happy because I do my best to give the best for my company.
