A. IAM Dev Lead & Designer - Business Self-Service Application:
I have completely owned the responsibility for development activities (coordinating with offshore team) and tech designs for Vodafones Business portal - ReadyHub throughout. Participated in full stack and IDM development for this portal (including micro services dev when necessary), for simplex and as most importantly complex products - some key highlights:
• SSO via SAML based Federation: ReadyHub with other Customer Active Directories (via ADFS) & various other domains.
• Multi-Factor Authentication via Security PIN & One Time Password to Email/SMS.
• Designed & developed composite login module leveraging Oracle OAM capabilities to logon to different applications (other than ReadyHub) via SAML based request.
• Provisioning of MS Azure AD users onto ReadyHub (OIM) via SCIM services.
• Automatic Bulk Data Migration (onto OIM) Utility for seamless customer onboard onto portal
• Implemented integration and end-to-end life cycle management (including JIT provisioning of users) for Readyhub  Globys (CDR & billing reporting system)
• Self-service application integration with CRM stack (SalesForce & Siebel) for Service Requests automation (Sim swap, connection name changes etc)
• Implemented Billing systems integration (via micro-services) for viewing bill copies
