• Contracts Management Assessment Framework : Develop frameworks and processes for
conducting thorough contracts management assessments. Perform regular maintenance
health assessments in line with the organizations strategic objectives.
• Contract Structuring, Drafting, and Negotiation: Structure, draft, and negotiate various
commercial agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Services
Agreements (MSA), Statements ofWork (SOW), software license agreements, and software
reseller agreements. Ensure that all contractual terms align with business objectives and
mitigate potential risks.
• Contract Finalization & Signature Collection: Finalize contracts and facilitate the
collection of signatures using DocuSign CLM. Properly archive executed contracts in the
contracts database for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Contract Migration to CLM System: Migrate existing contracts and specifications to the
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Ensure the seamless integration and
organization of all contract-related documents into the system for improved tracking and
management.
• Renewal Contract Management: Manage contract renewals to ensure on-time bookings
and avoid missed opportunities or delays. Maintain a proactive approach in tracking
renewal dates and facilitating timely contract renewals.
• Contract Draft Review, Error Resolution & Term updates: Review contract drafts based on

Regularly update contract templates and standard terms and conditions within the CLM
