a business partner of various well renowned Analytical Instruments like Olympus-Japan, Rigaku-Japan, Leco-USA, Hunter lab-USA, Milestone-Italy.
•Prime responsibility is to provide Sales and technical support to following range of Instruments. Microscope-Olympus-Japan; PMI Instrument (Handheld XRF)-Olympus-Japan; Satmagan (Rapiscan Systems-Finland.); Metallographic Science-Leco-USA.
•Maintain the sales network for the above mentioned Instruments.
•Customers visit, demo for product and application support for certain product range.
•Co-ordination with service team to resolve any customer issues.
•Involved in work to strategically combine all efforts for increasing the business growth
Engaged with OEMs and other customers from various domains and generation of potential business enquires.
Working on the technical parameters/requirements of the customer and provide an optimized technical solution, which involves engineering, designing and selection the product as per customer requirement and submitting detailed technical offer for better understanding of our offering.
Submitting commercial proposals in line with the offered technical solution and finalizing the order by using negotiation and other sales skills.
Coordinate with order handling and other teams for timely deliveries and ensuring factory revenues.
Reduce downtime by offering technical support in case of breakdowns.
Business development for High pressure Cylinders. Also, keeping our customers updated about our latest launched products, so as to cater to their changing requirements.
Increasing awareness about the products portfolio by conducting Seminars, Presentations etc.
Using CRM and other sales force tools to track, communicate and forecast sales activities.
Sahuwala High Pressure Cylinders. Established in 2007, SHPCL has grown to become pioneer in development & production of industrial & CNG cylinders. Their key competence lies in adhering to committed product quality, strong interface with customers and flexibility to meet customers’ requirements.
Responsible for PRODUCTION & IN HOUSE QUALITY of the plant.
Strategic planning to meet the production & quality targets.
Production monitoring & controlling (Manpower handling).
Root cause analysis of production, quality problems & rejection.
Updating quality & production documentation.
Ensure reporting of production status to the top management.
Customer interaction and involvement provide proper status and updates, review issues etc.
Hands on experience in sealed quench furnace and induction hardening furnace.
Hands on experience in microstructure analysis for heat treated parts and raw material.
To ensure the correct Heat Treatment cycles to be implemented and carried out necessary
NDT (Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing & visual inspection) on forged parts and record the same.
Conducted raw material testing including chemical, mechanical and metallographic testing, and metallurgical testing to ensure correct quality of the material.
Supervised Production & Quality team.
Engaged in solving the forged defects.
Raw material testing involves chemical, mechanical and metallography testing.
To ensure the correct Heat Treatment Cycles (Hardening, Tempering, and Annealing etc.) are implemented & get the requisite metallurgical proprieties.
Carry out different mechanical/Metallurgical/Non-destructive testing as per specification.
Study of Metallography with the help of Image Analysis Software.
Supervised Metallurgy LAB team.
Collect and recorded testing and analytical data for continued growth.
