Project: JAFZA ONE (Phase-1, 2, 3) Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. (2 Nos.34 Floor Business Tower, 4 Star Hotel & Convention Centre)
Review and processing contractor’s shop drawings, MEP co-ordination drawings, builders work, load schedules, schematic layouts, SLD’s, calculations, technical, material submittals, R.F.I’s, method statements, checklists, as-built drawings, QA/QC, demonstration & training, O & M Manuals, testing & commissioning reports, warranty certificates etc., maintain logs and assist for the issuance of TOC.
Conduct site, material and factory inspections in compliance with shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, standards (DEWA, B.S, DCD, Etisalat, Du) and project specifications.
Site monitoring and ensure installation activities are performed as per approved shop drawings, standards, project specifications, approved materials, manage changes, quality and safety procedures.
Raise Site Observation and NCR for the non-compliance installation, testing activities and materials.
Ensure monthly work progress and report to Project Manager for billing approvals to contractors.
Participate in technical, site coordination, QA /QC meetings and joint site inspections with project manager, senior engineer, other discipline engineers, consultants, PMT, contractors and vendors.
Inspection of the installation of Cable Ladders, Trays, Trunkings, Conduits, Wires, Cable Glanding & Termination in Panels, Equipment’s etc. and mock-ups, MEP builders, snag works etc.
Inspection of the Execution, Testing & Commissioning of M.V Switchgear, Cables & L.V MDB’s, SMDB’s, MCC’s, DB’s, ATS, Generators, Isolators, Bus Ducts, Wires, Power & Control Cables, Façade, External, Normal & ID Lightings, Sockets and Control Panels, Equipment’s of MEP systems.
Inspection of the Execution, Testing & Commissioning of the systems are Central Battery Emergency, Exit Lights & Inverters, Aircraft Warning, Helipad Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Lighting Control, UPS, Car Park Ventilation and Low Current Systems are Fire Alarm, Vesda, Structured Cabling, IT/AV, GSM, CCTV & Access Control, Gate Barrier, Speed Gates, Public Address, BMS etc.
Take part and witnessed the Pre-Commissioning, Testing & Commissioning, of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMU, Elevator, Escalators, Irrigation, LPG Systems and BMS Integration, Graphics User Interface (GUI) Demonstrations of MEP Systems, Fire Alarm System Cause & Effect Matrix, Black-Build Test.

Routine site surveillance and ensure installation activities are performed as per approved shop drawings, standards (ADDC, B.S), project specifications, approved materials with quality & safety.
Review I.R’s and Conducting site, material, factory inspections in compliance with shop drawings, I.T.P’s, method statements, material submittals, standards and project specifications.
Issue Q.A.N and N.C.R for the non-compliance installation activities and materials.
Review and comment the contractor’s shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, I.T.P’s, checklists, load schedules, as-built drawings, QA/QC, O & M Manuals etc. and forward to PMC for approval.
Ensure monthly work progress to PMC for billing approvals of MEP & infrastructure contractors.
Attend meetings, prepare daily site surveillance, inspection reports and maintain logs.
Inspect the Installation of Cable Trays, Trunkings, Ladders, Conduits, M.V & L.V Cables, Fiber Optic Cables, landing & termination, jointing, Snag Works & Mock-ups.
Inspect & Witness the Installation and T & C of MV Sub-Station, RMU Switchgears, Dry, Oil Type Transformers, Cables & LV Generators, MDB’s, SMDB’s, MCC’s, DB’s, ATS, Capacitor banks, DMS Control Panels, UPS, Isolators, Lightings, Small Power, Street & High Mast Lighting Network, STP and Pumping Station Equipment’s, Earthing & Lightning Protection etc.
Inspect & Witness the Installation and T & C of Central Battery Emergency Lighting, MEP Systems Control Panels, IBMS, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Access Control, PAVA, CCTV and Port Special Systems and ensure the calibration status of testing equipment’s.
Walk-down inspection with PMC & Contractors to generate and close out punch list on all phases.
Safety, Health & Environment policies strictly adhere in compliance with project HSE standards.

Raise I.R's, MRI's, Factory Inspections to Consultants for approvals.
Preparation of project QA/QC documents for cconsultants approval.
Conducting site, material, factory pre-inspections in compliance with shop drawings, I.T.P’s, method statements, material submittals, standards and project specifications.
Routine site surveillance and ensure installation activities are performed as per approved shop drawings, standards, project specifications, approved materials with quality & safety.
