Obtained a record 49 No-objection Certificates (NOC) from Tamil Nadu Electricity Board in Mar’05 alone and 80 NOCs for Sep’05 phase.
Successfully handled purchase of 1000 acres of land in Coimbatore and 500 acres in Tirunelveli within record timeframe.
Buying of granite raw material from TAMIN
Successfully managed relations with government agencies such as Ministries, Industries Secretary (IAS), Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (IFS), the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, the Commissioner of Geology & Mining (IAS) and various other officials for getting approvals for Gem Granites
Communication with management about competitor’s activities, market situation and changing customer demands

Got approval for 20 granite quarry leases includes famous black and red granites from govt
Participated in tendering activities and secured Approval for 15 granite quarry leases floated by the Tamil Nadu government for the company which includes famous Paradiso and yellow granite
