Responsibility:
• Handling 21 members of team
• Handling first level escalations from the IAF
• Maintaining smart Asset, ODC's information and Projects Information of IAF.
• Fulfilling the requirements of IAF by coordinating with HCL Info systems.
• Resolving day-to-day issues of users through remedy tickets and ensuring that the ticket count should be zero by EOD.
• Installing and Troubleshooting of Operating Systems of all Windows Family.
• Good experience over troubleshooting the MS Outlook issues.
• Deploying updates, Services Packs and Patches through SCCM Tool.
• Installing and deploying databases like Oracle, SQL Server & Visual Studio on windows and Linux.
• IT asset management using CA agent
• Monitoring Antivirus updates and patches on Symantec, MacAfee and CA.
• Configuring and managing Users and Groups using Active Directory services and Database.
• Configuring and Managing Servers like DNS, DHCP.
• Assisting and troubleshooting user problems relating to Operating system issues.
• Software and Network Connectivity TCP/IP configuration
• Administering and monitoring System and Database Performance.
• Managing 3000 + desktops with 45 swithes (3650, 6509) and 4 routers (7509, 12410)
• Responsible for maintenance of mail servers.
• Implementing and Managing Remote Installation Services.
• Installing, Upgrading the IOS, Configuration, Building Up the GE WAN links & Maintaining of Cisco CE, PE routers (6509, 7609, 12410)
• Coordinating with EDP (IT services) team for depletion of AFNET in the station premises.

• Depletion of all servers (mail, webportal, Backup, security) in AFNET project including Infra structure includes Rack mounting
• Ensuring and designing of power layout as per ISO standards
