• Liaison with Quality manager / HR Manager / HSE Manager, for ensuring the services as per the company’s quality policy & statutory requirements.
• Ensuring the valid calibrations for the equipments, procurement of the new equipments for the work places & maintaining the records of the calibration of the equipments of used in the project sites.
• Liaison with clients for fulfilling their requirements.
• Conducting internal audits and generating the audit report and conducting the follow up audits.
• Liaison with the external audit team (certification and surveillance) and maintaining quality documents as per the quality system.
(ISO 9001- LRQA & ISO 17025 - DAC)
• Contacting and meeting clients regarding new projects and upcoming jobs.
• Liaison with client for their feedback regarding the Quality & HSE issues with our employee working at their site.
• Liaison with the Projects manager for full filling the PPE requirements, depending on the respective HSE policy at the project site.
