• Currently working as Officer - projects & Engineering Department in HOSPIRA HEALTH CARE INDIA Pvt Ltd. Vizag since July -2012.
• Maintenance and operation of 33 kV substations and 12.5 MVA power transformer, 11 KV distribution 2.5 MVA transformers, 33kv VCB’S and SF6 breakers, relay control panels, battery chargers Earth pits in the switch yard.
• Maintenance and operation of 2750 KVA Diesel power generators with heat exchangers and cooling towers and DG auxiliaries and AMF synchronization panels.
• Undertaking Failure Analysis and troubleshooting of PLC with RS- logic circuit, VFD’s and sensors (RTD, proximity, and thermocouples, metal) and all other instrumentation related equipment’s.
• Maintenance and operation of Power Control Centers, MCC & PDB and Capacitor panels with AHF panels in auto and manual operation modes with double bus bar system.
• Continuous monitoring of 200 kVA UPS systems performance for optimum productivity.
• Maintenance of Utility equipment’s likes 1500 TR Chillers and 500 CFM Air compressors and HVAC AHU’s.
• Expertise in Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Modifications, Improvements, spares Management for all Utility, process & Equipment’s of Production
Electrical Engineering.
