•Mentor 7-8 junior engineers in India Development Center. Manage projects and take decisions on technical design plus ownership. Implement agile(scrum) in team to deliver projects in quality.
•Integration with ServiceNow framework for third party approval of cloud center deployment objects. Asynchronous call out to ServiceNow for approval request of deployment objects.
•Design of transfer ownership framework for deployment and application objects in Cloud Center and facilitated transfer of user owned cloud center objects in case of migration of users.
•Design of REST APIs for job & application management in cloud center. Developed containers alias deployment environment that holds a single view of cloud, cloud account and deployment framework and facilitated customer view/selection of hybrid cloud deployment.
•Facilitated faster agent upgrade through Cisco cloud center agent upgrade automation in older virtual machines and containers.
•Design and development of action library framework for cloud services. This is an important feature to bring non-managed virtual machines to Cloud center framework and involve in show back/chargeback.
•Recognition of Brownfield virtual machines (outside of Cisco cloud center) and bring them to management purview of cloud center by conversion to Greenfield virtual machines
