• Attending the RFC, RFSU, RFISU walk through
• Coordination with Vendors for commissioning and start up of all third party systems like Metering Skids, EDG, Marine loading arms
• Approving the Instrument loop folders with respect to the project standards

• Witnessing to the control narratives
• Cross checking the Instrument Loop Diagrams, Attending the SAT as per given Project standards
• Working with PEG flow metering skids, MMS systems
• Witness to sub contractors and monitoring

• Commissioning of all process field instruments, F&G instruments, ESD valves
• Working as a system operator for ICS Triconex for F&G, ESD systems
• Guiding the subcontractors to solve the problems
• Assisting the system engineers while commissioning and start-up
• Taking care of Operational Test Procedure (OTP), cause and effect procedures
• Monitoring the ICAPS and giving updates to the concerned person
• Commissioning of Hydraulic valves for Gas well heads and Well Head Control Panel
• Assisting the operation authority in plant start up
• Calibration, trouble shooting of process field instruments like pneumatic, electronic and smart instruments including F&G instruments like flammable gas detectors, Toxic gas detectors, Smoke detectors, Heat detectors, UVIR, portable detectors, Deluge systems etc
• Conducting Tool Box Talk and JSA
• Coordination with with Client, Vendor, Construction and Process engineering document
• Preparation of Master data sheet as per Instrument Tag List, I/O List, Loops drawings, Connection diagrams Instrument Set point & Alarm management
• Verify the all Instruments and collecting the Punch list, submitted to particular Team Leader
• Work within department and Project procedure and to recognize engineering standard
• System and Sub system boundary mark - up on the P&ID based on the sequence of commissioning flow with the co-ordination of process and other discipline engineers
• Maintaining the spares as per the client requirement
• Maintenance of all kind of field instruments including Fire and Gas detection system
• Allocation of job to sub ordinates
• Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
• Maintaining the documents as per ISO standards
• Having operation and maintenance of CRUDE GATHERING CENTERS

1) ITR /Control room activities
a) Installation of all kind of field Instruments as per given typical drawings
b) MCT frame installation and MCT block installation after cable laying
c) Laying of internal earthing, power, signal and field cables as per schedule
d) Installation of Cabinets and consoles
