Onboarding / Separations
- Setting up an dept and manage things with a neat SOP for all activities of HR
- Managing Flexi contract system and ensure compliance of laws
- Handling of all HR functions, Recruitment, HR planning and Budget, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll maintenance, Welfare, Training and development, Performance Reviews, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management and Statutory Compliance etc.
- Liaise with travel department to book travel for new employees and maintain regular communication with new hires, including sending Welcome Email and Handbook and answering questions, conduct new hire inductions.Onboarding / Separations.
