•Responsible for recruitments training and managing 430+ employees and management staff, setting up process for start up of commercial activities from inception, ensured closure of legacy sites ahead of timeline resulted in savings of operation cost and supply chain cost ~$100M.
•Accredited for completion of CQV in time, developing local vendors for spares ensured 88% reliability, superior quality product throughput, reduction in lead-time and cost of spares vs OEM. Received appreciation from Global Ops & E&TS Team and considered as exceptional work.
•Improved 100% Production efficiency from start up phase lowering operations cost by 28%, wastage reduction by 30% & Man power reduction by 20%, met 100% CFR setting a bench mark target in Operations and SCM in just 6months time. Became single source unit managing 4000+ msus
•Efficient capacity utilization, effective planning and coordination and monitoring of budget lead to Savings of $50M on a month on month basis.
