Key Responsibilities: (Strategic)
Managing the data center in HSBC, includes installation, configuring and maintenance of routers, switches, access points and firewalls.
Expert in Cisco Video Conferencing room, Zoom meeting rooms, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Reviewing & identifying opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency and throughput of IT operations.
Optimizing the network infrastructure & security operation model to fulfil the SLA requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: (Operational)
Acting as IT Infrastructure/ Network support for HSBC-UAE, helping users to overcome and troubleshoot Hardware and Network related problems.
Acting as telecom support for HSBC, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot Networking devices for Level 1 & 2 problems also support ATM for Network issues.
Data center and Server room support for all the network devices
Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Cisco Video Conferencing rooms.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of QNAP servers, CCTV cameras and SAN Devices for Almarai & ADJD.
Testing and commissioning of CAT 6A, CAT 6 and fibre cable for network connectivity and submitting reports for warranty.
Maintain the ITIL for our clients through dedicated software.
Remote support for employees who are WFH to ensure their smooth working experience
Commissioning and Decommissioning of Fibre and Copper cables.
Involved in business administration for raising Quotation and PO for clients.

Achievements:
Extended expertise based on complete knowledge on security software like Genetec security center (CCTV), Honeywell EBI Station (SACS), and Siemens Desigo (BMS).
Managed project budgets and keeping costs down, initiated a number of cost control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: (Strategic)
Managed all elements of the project lifecycle from conception, pre-production through to completion and ensuring all bottlenecks were duly resolved.
Provided technical support to the project team, supported design review meetings and workshops.
Oversaw the maintenance of projects after completion during the defects liability and tracking period.
Ensured that all the stakeholders are able to get superior ROI and witness capacity growth across all projects.
Key Responsibilities: (Operational)
Supervised and tested the performance of the ELV Systems installed or maintained.
Performed preventive maintenance, breakdown and corrective maintenance for all the ELV systems in DWC Airport.
Coordinated with client / consultant’s representatives for any site instructions, assigned targets for accomplishment and ensuring they are duly met on a weekly / daily basis for all groups at site.
Attended site meetings regularly and liaising with site parties for details of works and coordination of requirements.
Maintained backups and system security, ensuring the safety, performance and maintenance of critical assets.
Co-ordinated with the contractors and ensuring that the installation of new systems were proper.
Attended regular meetings with Dubai police, Dubai Customs and Airside operations in airport to ensure the operations are in a smooth manner, and their further requirements.
Oversaw the development and installation of new hardware and software and maintained various aspects of technical issues for all installed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborated on technical discussions, formulated technical documents for the project’s implementation, made follow-ups on project activities, commissioned activities on each system and managed handing over procedures.
Installed and maintained client networks and workstations, ranging from very small (3 workstations) to large (50+ workstations).
Performed all systems administration duties, including configuration and maintenance of network services such as WINS, DHCP, DNS, and FTP on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Executed software and hardware upgrades as needed or scheduled, including emergency roll-outs.
On-site and workshop repair of server and PC hardware.
Reviewed as-built drawings, produced operation and maintenance documentation, dealt with different SLAs and KPIs.
