As a Automation Test Engineer, my role is to execute automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and is fully ready before it gets deployed to everyday users. Below is the detailed description of my role:
• API Validation & Testing: Validated critical API functionality using Postman and SoapUI, conducting automated and manual tests for comprehensive coverage.
• Test Planning & Documentation: Developed detailed test plans and scenarios, accurately logging defects and maintaining organized documentation.
• Performance Optimization: Analyzed and optimized testing systems to enhance efficiency and completed regression tests on software modules.
• Automation : Developed and executed automated test scripts and Kept scripts and test cases updated with current requirements to improve testing efficiency by integrating continuous integration tools into testing process
