Role as act assistant engineer.Looking after the work progress in Fitness certificate unit, giving instructions regarding what job to be done on the vehicle came for fitness unit. Have experience on real time problem solving on passenger bus trouble shootings, bus body repairs and knowledge on leyland and tata motors spares.
Worked as a quality inspector in BHEL, Trichy on contract basis with intertek india pvt ltd.Inspection of welding joints in tubular products and hydro leak test.Handling of spectro machine and Ultra sonic thickness meter.Hands on experience in SAP and preparing IBR and customer documents.
Done project on ‘DESIGN OF PASSENGER CAR POWER STEERING VALVE TESTING FIXTURE’ in RANE TRW STEERING SYSTEMS LTD (RTSSL). Made First Time Report (FTR) on valve testing fixture in production department of RTSSL.
