Scope of work: EPC works for new oil processing train 6 at zirku Island (Installation of 6th Oil Processing Train (Train-6).

• Reporting & Communication: Report to the Project Manager and Corporate QA/QC Manager on overall project quality performance. Prepare and review the contractor’s monthly QA/QC report. Liaise with client site representatives on daily quality-related matters.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of QC Engineers and Inspectors, overseeing all site quality activities and assigning quality personnel as required.
• Department Objectives & Training: Monitor achievement of departmental objectives and identify training needs for subordinates.
• Audit Management: Conduct regular internal audits in line with the Internal Audit Plan. Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits (clients and third-party auditors) to uphold quality standards.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with third-party testing and inspection companies for site-related work areas.
• Material Compliance: Ensure materials and equipment used in fabrication meet specified requirements and are properly tested.
• Documentation & Records: Ensure all project activities are executed per customer requirements, with quality records maintained current and properly filed.
• Work Verification: Verify that all work complies with approved Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

Scope of work: Construction of Spheres as per ASME Sec VIII Div 2 (2 nos-18-meter Dia X 100 mm Thk) and fabrication of piping, MERAM (Maximizing Ethane Recovery & Monetization Project).

• Client Coordination: Coordinate with the Client’s Project Management QA/QC representative to address client feedback.
• Complaint Resolution: Take action on and close out all client complaints(NCRs/CARs) efficiently and effectively with in the time frame.
• QA/QC Meetings: Participate in the contractor’s regular QA/QC meetings and provide value-added input.
• Welder & PQR Qualification: Conducted Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and welder qualification testing in compliance with ASME requirements.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinated with ASME inspectors and third-party inspection agencies (TPI) for stage inspections, NDT report review, and final documentation submission.

Scope of work: Shutdown project inside the CDS -Tie ins, Dead leg replacements, Construction of Flow suction tank (FST), Sewage treatment plant at Buhasa.

• Shutdown Coordination: Organize the site NDT and QC team for shutdown scope of work.
• Quality Plan Approval: Review and approve the contractor’s Quality Plan to ensure compliance with project standards.
• QA/QC Meetings: Participate in the contractor’s regular QA/QC meetings and provide value-added input.
• System Improvement: Assist in periodic reviews of the Quality Management System to drive continuous improvement.
• QMS Training: Conduct training for the project team on Quality Management System requirements.
• Competency Assurance: Ensure all supervision and inspection staff are adequately trained and competent for their roles.
• Client Coordination: Coordinate with the Client’s Project Management QA/QC representative to address client feedback.
• Complaint Resolution: Take action on and close out all client complaints(NCRs/CARs) efficiently and effectively with in the time frame.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.

Scope of Work: Fabrication of ASME pressure vessels, Piping and Heavy Structural items.

• Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks & Heavy Structural: Gained hands-on experience in the welding, fabrication, and inspection of industrial pressure vessels and storage tanks, ensuring compliance with ASME “U, ” “R, ” and “NB” stamp and certification requirements.
• Piping & Pipeline Systems: Managed piping and pipeline system fabrication and inspection in accordance with client specifications, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, and API 1104 standards.
• Audit & Certification: Successfully carried out shop ASME and ISO 9001 recertification audits.
• Welder & PQR Qualification: Conducted Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and welder qualification testing in compliance with ASME requirements.
