To icrease MTBF we are doing as per planning Preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance and predictive maintenance asper schedule with help of Maximo For Maintenance(MFM) .
Horizontal implementation of cycle time reduction in automation line (weld shop).
Supporting to production for troubleshooting of equipment’s like Robotics, Sealer systems, pneumatic fixture, chain conveyer system and Power roller bed (PRB).
Maintaining backup for PLC, SCADA, and Robotic
To reduce MTTR making BACKUP, BYBASS, QUICK CHANGEOVE (BBQ) method for each equipment.
Identifying the hard to access Equipment’s and making the way easy to reach and troubleshoot.
Working for new model Addison in PLC, Robotic, and SCADA Programming .
Monitoring line abnormalities and repeated Error by Factory Information System (FIS)
Scrabbling the Spare by identifying common Spare in whole plant equipment.
Attending Breakdowns in shop floor.
Troubleshooting and programming ladder in Mitsubishi & Omron plc's.
HMI (PEOFACE GP series), SCADA (CIMOND) interface with plc.
Troubleshooting experience in configuration of I/O assignment, Ethernet, Network, Device net and RS 422/232 Module in plc’s of OMRON CS/CJ series and Mitsubishi A&Q series plc's.
Rexroth Bosch nut runner instruments.
1kv/440v EB & 750KVA DG Utility Maintenance.
Maintenance of chillers and air compressors (Atlas 250cfm).
Maintaining check sheets (Daily, Weekly, And Monthly) & history card updated if any major breakdown and part replacements.
Maintaining maintenance log and Reporting Why Why analysis and G8D knowledge in documentation work for maintenance.
