• Manage project due diligence, end to end project transition and ensure a smooth handover to operations.

Notable Accomplishment
• Managed and coordinated end to end Project covering IT solution design, planning, development, knowledge transfer, parallel processing and process go live for:
o Retail (Consumer Panel and Retail Measurement) - Geography Eastern Europe - 16 countries - 95 FTE - Offshore (TCS Bangalore).
o F&A- (Order to Cash, Accounts Payable, General Accounting and FP&A) - Geography Europe (including UK and Ireland), APMEA: 23 Countries - 54 FTE -Near-shore (TCS Budapest, Hungary) and offshore (TCS Chennai), LATAM: 9 countries - 12 FTE - Offshore (TCS Chennai), NA: 33 FTE - Offshore (TCS Chennai).
• Awards: Received Client Revenue COE Excellence Award & Appreciation (Oct 2012) and Client PMO Award (Apr 2014) for efficient project management and coordination.
• Lead and completed 2 Process Improvement initiatives that were well complemented by the Client Teams and built process efficiency.
o QC Automation - The task was to do Quality Check for 6945 line items (manual feed to the relevant systems) in a stringent timeline of 10 days. A macro was developed using Excel & VBA that enabled the QC between the input file given by the customer and the Oracle dump. Total time saved is 268 man hours.
o Central Deal Input for Claims - The process was to key in the various customer deals into mainframe systems using an Attachmate as the Emulator. I designed an interface using MS Access & VBA to read the xml (input files) and enter them into the Mainframe Systems. The tool has been extensively used by the client team as well as the internal teams and Client has approved savings of $45, 000 per year (estimated saving $200, 000 per year). The process improvement has been greatly accepted by the Client Team and has led to improved productivity and efficiency.
