Nature of work: 600 TPD bottle grade and 300 TPD film grade chips continuous Polymerization Plant consisting of 3 SSP lines. Technology & Engineering from CTIEI(Polymerization plant of 900TPD), UOP sinco (SSP line of 600 TPD) and DHP (2 SSP lines of 200 TPD each) Controlling all production line from paste preparation, esterification stage, prepoly, DRR, chips cutter and SSP production, DCS(Yokogawa CS3000) operation for controlling all processes involve in continuous polymerization. Period: 28th July 2008 to Till date.
