Receives incoming phone calls and relays them to head office staff accordingly
Deal with inquiries for the public and suppliers /customer reservation through emails and coordinate to restaurant branches.
Supervise and instruct the office boy to provide the request of RAB head office staff and ensure the completion of their work before the end of the day.
Performed related duties assigned by the head office managers including sending mails, faxing, transmittal of any documents
Incharged of any stationery request for each restaurant branches (order supplies, printer etc.) Ensuring they have enough quality of supplies to support operations.
Prepare correspondence document if needed, assign to send any document through Fedex international/local and keeping track on it until document delivered successfully
Handling business card request and ensure to deliver on expected date.
Incharge to provide drivers for all head office staff in time they needed (Coordinate with fleet supervisor)
Received time in /time out report and file the report accordingly, and incharge the muster from each branches and make sure to have updated copies each time need by HR department.
Receives application form of RAB employee request and sending memo to each branches for Visa / municipality medical of the schedule employee.
Maintains accurate and efficient filling system for administrative files
Notify selected applicants for their interview schedule and send them emails for their appointment reference, prepare list of qualified applicants for trial.
