Main responsibilities:
• Manage effectively the day store operation of the shop and ensure the profitable control. Whilst maintaining a pro active approach towards maximizing sale.
• Ensure the importance and the highest possible standard of clients care, including any after sales service.
• Awareness and achievements of sales target.
• Enforce company policy relating to merchandise presentation stock levels and housekeeping standards.
• Take appropriate appraisal, training and disciplinary action where necessary.
• Team management, stock management, achieve the target, weekly report, monthly report, and the most important to create new idea to achieve the company goal.
