 Report to the project manager the status of site progress on a daily basis and attend regular meetings with Project Manager, Client & Consultant to ensure that everything is going according to time and budget restrictions.
 Coordinating with Safety & Quality team to carry out the works as per Requirements
 Involving on Technical and progress meeting with Consultant & Client on regular basis.
Material Selection and pre-qualification approvals of Sub Contractors & Meetings with Manufacturers.
 Organize different tasks into a timeline by calculating time requirements, sequence the task and assign tasks to the site engineers and foreman on a daily basis and Liaise with third parties such as subcontractors, labour & material suppliers and negotiate contracts.
 Coordinating with Planning and Procurement to complete the project on time.
 Involved in all parts of engineering works which includes Technical, Procurement & Planning and Cost Control.
 Construction of Storm water & Foul sewer system, Substation and Attenuation tank.
 Execute Hard Landscape works which includes Play areas, Pergola, Water Feature, Cycle Track, Sports Court, Hand Rails, Street Furniture’s and Paving works.
 Construction of Planter boxes, Retaining walls which includes Cladding and coping.
 Execute Soft Landscape works which includes Trees, Shrubs & Ground covers and Secondary Irrigation Main and sub main network
 Executed Asphalt works which includes Sub grade, Sub base and Asphalt layers.
 Involved in Handing over stage which includes Report preparation, Snag List conducting Inspections, Testing & Commissioning with Client and consultants.

 Report directly to the Resident Engineer / Assistant Resident Engineer / Senior Landscape Engineer
 Surveillance and direct site supervision of all contractors works to deliver in a quality & Safety manner to meet the client expectations
 Conduct workshops, training for the contractors to improve the quality of works.
 Prepare & review weekly, monthly reports of site progress.
 Ensure that the project ongoing is in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
 Approve Inspection Notice Request (INR) as per the approved shop drawings and approved methodology, Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for all work violations.
 Review & approve Contractor’s Red Mark/Line Drawings & As-Built Drawings
 Review & approve Contractor’s Method Statement &Contractor monthly payment sheet
 Supervision of Soft Landscape works such as Planting - Trees, Shrubs, Groundcovers, and Lawn, Supervision of soil mixing with Dune sand, Clay & Organic Fertilizer.
 Supervision of Hard Landscape works such as Sub grade, Sub -base, Paving, Driveway slabs, Street light Foundation works, Street furniture, Trash bin, Children‘s play area, Exercise equipment & Cycle track.
 Supervision of infra-structural networks such as Irrigation networks system, irrigation tanks and storm water system.
 Taking samples of materials delivered to site and responsible for the entire laboratory testing with third party.

 Report directly to the Project Manager / Senior QA/QC Engineer and work with a team of site engineers for execution of various site related activities.
 Attending meeting with Project Manager & Clients related to project progress and ensures that the project is ongoing with specifications and with the health and safety requirements.
 Provided valuable information for delayed projects through recovery plan and taking care of all company assets during and after project completion
 Maintenance of Soft Landscape works such us - Trees, Shrubs, Groundcovers, and Lawn, Indoor plants and exotic palm trees & Flower Garden with different Salvage.
 Maintenance of Hard landscape works such us - Street furniture, Paving, Nature Stone walls, Planter boxes, Children‘s play area, Exercise equipment, Jogging and Cycle tracks.
 Preparing weekly and monthly maintenance reports to clients.
 Conduct training to site engineers and foremen to improve the quality of work.

 Report directly to site Manager and work with a team of foremen for execution of various site related activities.
 Preparing method statement, inspection test plan and material submittal request
 Preparing notice for inspection, excavation permit and progress report.
 Installation of infra-structural networks such as GRP pipeline Drainage, sewer, storm water, portable water, laying, bedding, testing & backfilling.
 Planning and Execution of works as per contract design & drawings.
 Planning the execution of aggregate road base, prime/ tack coat application, asphalt base course, intermediate course and wearing course works.
 Monitor the execution of waterproofing works and inspect the surface preparation prior to application of waterproofing works.

 Report directly to Project Engineer & QA/QC Engineer team for execution of various site related activities.
 Preparing and submit All Inspection Request & Daily reports to consultants.
 Coordinate with Material Engineer for all material inspection requests, Responsible to submit material submittals sample for consultant approval.
 Conduct material inspection for tree, shrubs, ground cover, root barrier, chemical fertilizer, mulch, sand, Kerbstone and Paving material etc.
 Soft landscaping works such us- plants, shrubs, groundcovers, turfs with Installation & Commissioning of automatic Irrigation system.
 Hard landscaping works such us - Pergolas, Gazebo, Swimming pools, Retaining walls, Planter boxes, Timber decking, Hand rail Installation, Paving & Kerbstone Installation.
 Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works on all quality matters.
 Monitor third party laboratory work at site and maintain all material tests logs.
