Perform contract/subcontract formation and administration of large value EPC Contracts. Review complex RFPs/solicitations and prepare specialized risk assessment for bids, review and perform lead in proposal development, review and approval process. Prepare complete commercial requirements, general and special terms and conditions, schedules of quantities and prices to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures. Manage contract change control process, and claims avoidance, changes and alternate disputes resolution of claims. Focal point for all communication with Client, Subcontractors and Vendors on all contract related matters. Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiation team on complex contractual issues. Monitor and administer contract/subcontract and purchase order performance. Analyze new laws, regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives. Function as expert on selected commercial areas and issues. Provide authoritative guidance to internal management teams on corporate goals and objectives relating to contract activity. Participate in development of business alliances and partnering agreements. Mentor and train less experienced professionals.
