I moved to Crowne Plaza as Assistant Restaurant Manager, passing through different Outlets such as the Italian Restaurant “Spaccanapoli”, the busy English Pub “Heroes” to end up start a new experience in Level Lounge, the rooftop bar as full in-charge working for the re-launching of the same.
I improved my skills in organize event for groups or Company, and of course the Grand Opening party and I have been part of the Action Plan and future activities for my Outlet introducing for example, the Gent’s night which gave us a good success.
Handle the reservation, Take care and supervise and coordinate the operation, create a unique guests' experience, manage and organize the administrative work, to constantly assist the Manager in marketing and PR activities, offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
And thanks to the Assistant Manager absence, I supported my Manager in every single operation, decision and action..
