Job Responsibilities:
• Managing ESX (6.7) hosts and VM servers, including installation, monitoring system performance, configuration, and maintenance. Also ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Works with vendors to assist support activities.
• Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical VM’s.
• Manage and maintain HP 3PAR storage and present them to the ESXi host as a Datastore.
• Perform troubleshooting as required. Lead problem-solving efforts that often involve outside vendors and other support personnel.
• Creating single and bulk mailbox (PowerShell commands), administrating, troubleshoot and maintaining a healthy Exchange 2019
• Manage and monitor/troubleshoot the F5 Big-IP load balance/WAF for exchange servers and other web services.
• Administrating, Monitoring and troubleshoot anti-spam appliances.
• Perform upgrades/migration of windows server (E.g. 2013 to 2016) and VMware ESX (E.g. 5.5 to 6.5 and 6.7) host/ VCenter.
• Configure trigger on H/w and S/w to send notifications of health status.
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Domain Control, Active Directory, DHCP and Group Policy Object including all the Server windows. Also maintain and troubleshoot other windows services like WDS-MDT, WSUS, Vol. Activation and File Server security.

• Manage Avaya IPO Version 11 Call Manager and configure Avaya IP phone, hunt groups, etc.
