Standardization, guide business for new eSIM business model and manage authority for
execution of eSIM Strategy

▪ Digital Services Solution Principal, Principal Consultant, Business Development & Pre Sales:
Reporting regional Head with responsibility for defining an integrated product innovation with 3PP
ecosystem and business development strategy to drive sales in existing and emerging markets.
▪ Business Process Re-Engineering: End-to-End fully aligned eToM aligned business process design
and re-engineering at several operators in region Middle East and Africa.

▪ Strategic Consultancy: Spearheading the creation of a new operating model to optimize the use
of latest technology to deliver enhanced propositions, operational efficiencies and change
management.
▪ Capability Development: Led initiatives to improve core systems, operational processes and
workflows, plus supplier sourcing and outsourcing requirements; facilitated a network sharing
agreement with Vodafone.
▪ Strategic Review: Led a comprehensive review of IT systems, processes and network
infrastructure to define a new technology roadmap for an integrated mobile, fixed line and
broadband telecommunications group.
▪ Senior Stakeholders: Directly influenced senior executives on strategy, business needs analysis,
setting main priorities and developing complex change management plans to deliver on budgets,
milestones and goals.
