Currently associated with National Marine Dredging Company~NPCC PJSC a number one leading and biggest oil&gas organisation in GCC region, based in Abu Dhabi as Chief IT Project/Senior IT Support Professional Incharge, head of department IT operations Hail & Ghasha Artificial Islands Construction Project reporting to Projects Director & Head of IT; heading/leading a team of 11 senior engineers onshore, other 7 IT support engineers offshore, managing multiple Sub- consultants, Sub-contractors, vendors & 4300+ employees. And their daily welfare telecommunication, welfare internet, office communication through satellite, radio, marine broadband communication. This project spread across in a radius of 60~70km offshore and far from onshore 50km with 11islands construction 5billion dhm project. having no signals for telecommunication/internet which is a real challenge which I have been successfully executed to bring positive changes with in project demanding time.

Advisory, Supervising, onsite Testing and commission and ensuring connectivity 56km offshore Subsea Marine Fiber
Optic Cable Installation (FOC), Termination, Liasing with multiple stake holders including client ADNOC HQ Telecom

Advisory network/telecom design and implementation of onshore cabling 8Km~10km and its implementation to make
internet continuity from onshore gas processing plant to multiple islands including passive as well as active
components.
Working as key contributor in coordinating ICT/Telecom design, planning & implementing of VSAT, 3G/4G, IOT, Access
control, onsite and offshore communications.
Spearheaded the entire IT & Data Center Operations, Back-up & DR, NOC-Head with over 4500 stakeholders in a single
project
ICT package includes moving vessels telecom/Internet connectivity operations, installations, expansion of site offices etc

Working as PMO, serving & liaising with primary client ADNOC HQ & Client representative from upstream and
downstream multiple packages (KBR, SNC-Lavlin, Al-hosan Gas).
Telecom and ICT application availability in vessels and Offshore Islands inside 80km from shore is very challenging

Manage effective delivery of work as an advisory to clients to remote work, cloud and modernization workspace journey,
adherence to NMDC/ADNOC Guidelines methodologies and ensuring client satisfaction
Drive business development to Technical Project Management through all stages of deal pursuit - from pipeline origination,
qualification, presales, solution Architect, Purchase & Contract documentation technical review, Tendering, budgeting, Post
contract project management and implementation life cycle.
Define a strategy and working model, Change management and Agile Project management with important stakeholders at specific
intervals.

It’s a big project valued at 4billion dirhams. My role was ICT specialist engineer Involved in executing the data security, collaboration, project deliverables, BOQ, Datacentre Design & other ICT requirements, Software & Hardware on time delivery. My availability was only 20% for this project. due to the project was on hold for some period and ICT package & AV packages were revalue engineered at later time as per client demand.
