• Managing of all equipment stocks in a particular area.
• Reply emails to the principal promptly.
• Downloading daily movements of the containers from Dubai Trade thru global online system.
• Communicates from the port of loading agents for the confirmation list of containers loaded on the vessels.
• Submission of load list and discharge list to the ports prior vessel arrival.
• Sending pre-arrival notice to final destination agents with full details.
• Updates final destination agents of confirmed details upon vessel departure.
• Assisting local customer on their imports shipments (i.e. vessel eta, issuing container acceptance letter)
• Updating vessel details and schedules, coordinates with feeder vessel agent for advance booking of transshipments and export containers.
• Sending empty containers to the principals and maintain repo plan.
• Preparing weekly container inventory.
• Container control and inventory management, monitoring container movement and update customer for the long stay, DSFULL, DVAN, VAN, EXPIN.
