 Leading the audit engagement and coordinating the entire audit cycle from planning to completion in line with audit methodology, standards and policies.

 Setting up the audit files and performing planning, which entails understanding the key engagement objectives, the client’s business, regulatory and industry environment.

 Supervision of assignments and monitoring audit progress for effectively and efficiently completing audits in accordance with both budget and time restraints.

 Coaching junior team members, and establishing and monitoring their KPIs.

 Leading teams to meet client as well as engagement leader’s expectations.

 Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
