Deal directly with customers either by telephone electronically or face to face and provide good service to all customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Answer customer questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. Maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Doing floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance housekeeping and monitoring floor stick replenishment.
My job duties includes operating cash register, handling money transactions and answering phone calls and doing clerical work in the pharmacy.
Receives prescriptions from patients and verifies that required information is in the form.
Receives and places incoming supplies on shelves, tagging and pricing each item according to directions.
Compiles daily statistics such as number of patients requesting prescriptions, new prescriptions received and number of refill orders.
