2. Responsibilities:

➢ Investigate industrial accidents, injuries or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
➢ Report or review findings from accident investigation, facilities inspection or environmental testing.
➢ Maintain and apply knowledge of current polices, regulation, and industrial process.
➢ Inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment in order to identify and correct potential hazards and to
ensure safety regulation and compliance.
➢ Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulation, hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment.
➢ Review employ safety programs to determine there adequacy.
➢ Interview employers and employees to obtain information about work environment and work place incidents.
➢ Review plans and specification for construction of new machinery or equipment in order to determine if all safety requirements have been met.
➢ Comply, analyze and interpret statistical data related to occupational illness and accidents.
➢ Interpret safety regulation for others interested in industrial safety such as safety engineers, labors representatives and safety inspectors.
➢ Recommended process and product safety features that will reduce employee's exposure to chemical, physical and biological work hazards.
➢ Conduct or direct testing or air qualify, noise temperature and /or radiation level to verify compliance with health and safety regulation.
➢ Provide technical advice and guidance to organization on how to handle health related problems and make needed changes.
➢ Confirm with medical professionals to assess health risk and to develop waste manage health issues and concerns.
➢ Install safety devices on machinery or device installation.
➢ Maintain liaison with outside organization such as fire departments mutual aid societies and rescue teams so that emergency responses can be facilitated.
➢ Evolutes adequacy of action taken to correct health inspection violation.
➢ Write and reviews safety regulation and codes.
➢ Check floors of plant to ensure that they are strong enough to support heavy machinery.
➢ Plan and conduct industrial hygiene research
➢ Responsible to monitor for the control and issuance and required and lock out tag out (LOTO) and permit to work PTW within the project premise during the start up and commissioning phase of the project.
