POSITION: HSE Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Ensuring that all safety precautions are followed in every material handling on site.
➢ Daily inspection on site equipments and conduction of tool box meeting to ensure functionality and safety of every tool on site.
➢ Ensuring that safety signs and symbols are well placed on site and enforcing obedience of all site safety roles/procedures.
➢ Educating workers on the importance and usage of appropriate P.P.Es on site activities

➢ To investigate and prepare incident report at site and submit the P.M, Client and Enforcement Authorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Assigning duties and co-ordinating the activities of HSE officers on site.

➢ To develop and deliver various internal safety training modules to different teams.
➢ To investigate and prepare incident report at site and submit the P.M, Client and Enforcement Authorities.
➢ Establishing safe and environmentally sound working practices
➢ To Deliver HSE awareness and induction training and evaluate feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Conduct daily site walk around inspection with the HSE team and advice the management about deficiencies and corrective measures to be taken.
➢ Carry out risk assessment in line with the method statement and ensure it is effectively communicated to all the workers involved in the task.
➢ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly safety reports to the management.
➢ Ensure that appropriate safety signage is displayed at conspicuous locations on site.
➢ Control scene of accident/incident and conduct investigations/ reporting.
➢ Developed and delivered various internal safety training modules to different teams in the project.
