Planning Monitiring & Controlling construction activities at Haradh SGCP Pipeline Project.
Planning, monitoring and controlling all construction ancitivities to build a 310 KM gas Pipeline in north of Mexico as Contractor.
Managging a force over 100 personnel.
Activities are performed in plain and mountain areas, including use of esplosives for trenching and ROW preparation due to hard rocks presence.
To ensure, planning, monitoring and control all construction activities through implementation of company processes and procedures to achieve project completion within time and budget as per project specifications and client requirements.
Liaise with all project interested in order to produce all deliverables which lead to project completion and relative closing
His 15 years in the O&G industry and construction activities include working as construction supervisor responsible of identifying the infrastructure needs required by the production teams for transportation and storage of the oil and gas to be produced in the field. Responsibilities: As a medium project manager, ensure the strict compliance of project specifications, project plans, international and company standards in all project phases. Special attention to, subcontractors selection, equipments and materials procurement, project progress, QA/QC plan implementation, safety procedures and budget control.
