Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components (Desktop & Laptop). Manage CMS and Ecommerce site, Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Create and manage company intranet site, staff corporate E-mail addresses, etc Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records. Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Administer Windows Server 2008R2 Enterprise edition, Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Manage and co-ordinate Power Enterprise (ERP) Software, train staff in different divisions, departments & various Sales depot within the country on ERP application. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
