Performing Start of day and End of Day before and after start and end of day before the store starts trading
Pulling store sales figures for Store GM (General Manger) from SAP BW/BI and Back Office
Change Backup tapes from the store server and making sure that all our POS (Point of sales) and the store computer applications are up and running before trading.
Unlocking and resetting networking users from AD (Active Directory)
Managing IT Asset register on a monthly basis making that everything still corresponds
Handling IT department Audit visits every after three months
Configuring POS and EFT’s whenever there is an issue with card payments and logging calls with relevant companies where necessary
Making follow ups on all the calls that I logged
Configuring RF Scanners from our receiving and Stock Control Department
Resolving customer queries, analyzing customer Rates statements, applying for customer rates refunds, applying for customer pensioner’s rebate, Applying for customer ESP (extended social package grants), creating customer rates accounts, raising water and electricity deposits, updating clients information on their rates accounts
