- Conducts regular site inspection to check actual site construction progress if it conforms to the approved drawings, specifications and regulations. Any deviation shall be noted and addressed through the agreed site inspection or compliance protocols to address the concerned party - principal architect, inspector and contractor.
- Involved in the formulation of the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan of the State College by preparing the design concept of its proposed facilities.
- Prepared the concept, construction drawings and BOQ of office renovations and event materials.
