Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Review and understanding of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection
drawings and all related specifications for MTB project.
• Review of all related mechanical systems including storm drainage, BMS
etc.
• Coordination and verification of shop drawing and works preparation performances by related sub-contractors, prior to the commencement of the
follow-on works and ensure the timely submittal progress as per agreed
schedules.
• Coordinates necessary change order requirements (additional works of
modification) with client.

HVAC Engineer:responsible for handling projects - design tasks - cooling load calculations - supervising drafting - apply client comments - coordinate with other disciplines(arch., elec., plumbing, structural, interior, ...etc) - equipment selection - modifying drafting standards - handling bim conversion (from CAD to Revit)
