JOB/DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Waste Management (Liquid and Solid)
 Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
 Periodic safety audit of corporate facilities
 Preparation and issuance of work permit.
 Collation and presentation of bi-weekly safety performance report to management.

 Design of safety education and training programs .
 Planning and execution of safety drills


 Environmental impact Assessment; Evaluation and Implementation

 Ensure strict compliance with DPR and other regulatory bodies standards.
 Ensure that all safety / fire appliances and extinguishing media are in good working condition and a state of readiness.

 Safety performance measurement and evaluation by means of statistical computation of safety and environmental indices.

 Conducting accident investigations and reporting.
 Conducting HAZOP studies.
 Co-ordination of tool box meetings.
 Risk Analysis.
 Organize project risk management reviews.
 Collect and report HSE statistics and analyse HSE performance versus objectives.

 Provide safety coverage for loading operations and ensure product evacuation is carried out safely.
 Put measures in place for safe product reception.
 Provide first aid treatment to employee, contractors and visitors who may be involved in accident.
 Ensure at every point in time a personnel is on ground to take care of situations in case of emergency.
 Stop any activities that are perceived to be Immediately Dangerous to Life & Health (IDLH).
 Ensure every employee, contractor, visitor understands and comply with the company’s safety policy.
 Suggests improvements to the HSE procedures, guidelines and tools to enhance performance in HSE.
 Assist and advises the Safety manager in all matters pertaining to the health, the safety and the security of personnel, the safeguarding of equipment and the preservation of the environment.
 Coach employee in understanding and utilizing Behavioral Based Safety.
