- Responsible of directing promptly and professionally sales inquiries to the designated salesperson.
- Setting up Cisco unified IP phones, responsible of the communication systems and handling its problems faults.
- Organizing call inquiries, welcome inquiries and delivery of incoming communication.
- Keeping clients and floor records up to date.
- Handling client and guest queries professionally and keeping the manager informed.
- Arranging couriers and notify client immediately of incoming correspondences.
- Co-ordinate all travel arrangements (Tickets & Hotels).
- Responsible for end collation for figures as allocated by manager.
Working as the General Manager's executive secretary, responsible of handling all related issues of the GM office, organizing his agenda, planning and attending internal meetings with the head of departments, following up on work progress in all departments, reporting back the progress to the GM, handling any issues with the guests and trying to make their stay as pleasant as possible, I was supporting non-Arabic speaking managers in translation, and I was sometimes assigned duties as an assistant manager to the GM.
