Develops corporate branding for all events and lead organization of all PR, CSR, communications

Helps develop PepsiCo’s media relations along with the PR agency through constant and well

Press, media and social media monitoring: Monitoring mentions of the PepsiCo brand
and the tonality of the coverage, as well as creating monthly reports on this data
Corporate event management support: Reviewing venues, managing attendee invitations and planning, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities. Represents PepsiCo with external partners and coordinate and build new relationships with key
stakeholders.

Follow-ups with different departments, companies, persons on any pending documents as requested by the SVP & CHRO including status thereof
Creating Travel and Expense Reports and Creating Purchase Orders (LPOs) for compliance to policy and payments to be made via the SAP system
Perform data-entry; printing and filing duties undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
