To meet, greet, register and direct all members and visitors throughout their visit.
To assist members in any services provided including all booking services, membership options, supplements available and provide up to date information on any news.
To monitor and keep up to date records of all members and update any information where necessary.
Monitor trial to member conversion rates and provide monthly report to management.
Maintain all social media platforms ensuring they are in line with marketing strategies.
Event management to include; social events and external fitness events within UAE.
Servicing the Insurance needs of highly valued commercial clients.
Liaising with clients and insurers on a daily basis via email, telephone and face-to-face meetings, building and maintaining profitable working relationships.
Principally involved with Asset Protection, Commercial Liability, Directors & Officers, Business Interruption and Professional Indemnity insurances.
Advising and liaising with Clients, Insurers, Underwriters and Internal Account Executives.
Invoicing and Credit Control.
Responsible for training and mentoring apprentice on six month placement, writing training plan and arranging and delivering product and system training.
Handling of delegated and non-delegated commercial and domestic claims including major losses.
Managing case load and progression of claims with a main focus on customer care.
Attending loss sites as the client’s representative to meet with loss adjustors, surveyors and contractors.
Co-ordination and authorisation of repairs.
Following up Internet based warm leads regarding commercial property insurance.
Receiving incoming calls from clients regarding existing accounts and new business.
General administration and diary keeping. Issuing and chasing annual renewals.
