1.Prepare data related to faculty members (directory) at the beginning of every academic year.
2.Identify missing modules, reports or data related to HR on current HR system and Navision (in development HR system), and implement them.
3.Review and update data on Navision in compliance with the existing data on Oracle.
4.Assist in the preparation of some of the programs related the Human Resources Department (Online Application, Recruitment System, Performance Management System, and Training Management System).
5.Prepare statistical reports, statements and data related to human resources management.
6.Assist data entry specialists how to use the system effectively.
7.Assist data entry specialists to understand the process of creating new reports using the systems.
8.Transfer knowledge of all the trainings held by Information Technology Department to data entry specialists.
9.Manage and update the data for the human resources department on the pages of the University website.
10.Facilitate administrative work by completing the automation process.
11.Print notices on a monthly basis for all external contractors and part-timers in all faculties of the university.
12.Print ID cards to all faculty members and their assistants upon request.
13.Scan passport size images of new faculty staff and do the necessary adjustments in order to make them compatible with both Oracle and Navision systems.
14.Prepare required reports for the implementation, analysis and development of annual budget for the Human Resources Department, in addition to allocating current resources in order to estimate future financial requirements for budgets

2.Setting up the computer systems required and updating it.
3.Installation the required computer applications and programs (Office, Adobe, Autodesk AutoCAD, Robot, etc…).
4.Troubleshooting, solving problems for desktops and Staff Laptops.
5.Maintaining and setting up the hardware and software required.

7.Student Helpdesk support (Setting up programs related to educational and E-learning courses)
1.Collect, enter and manage attendance data for employees, and absence records with appropriate reasoning.
2.Prepare statistical reports, statements and employees records.
3.Plan and prepare a forecast budget sheet.
4.Create work and experience certificates for employees upon request.
5.Calculate school aids and health reimbursement amounts, and prepare the required statements and enter the data to the system.
6.Prepare salary, advance salary statements, and enter the data to the system.
7.Coordinate with Information Technology Department to extract reports and required employee’s data
8.Review family allowances, NSSF statements, overtime, advance salaries, and quarterly and annual taxes
